Job Description:

As a Windows Technical Owner you will focus on continuous operations, project and change management of the Windows operating systems of several severs. The main goal is to minimize the amount of unplanned downtime in the customer's production environment and to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction. You will work in close relationship with the Delivery Lead, who coordinates all the actions for the customer.


Responsibilities:


  • To work on complex incidents,

  • Identify and solve problems,

  • All change management in the environments under his/her responsibility

  • Define and execute work orders to implement changes,

  • Customer contact on the projects/tasks he/she is responsible for,

  • Provide consulting,

  • Implementation and system management,

  • Availability and capacity management.


Job Qualifications:

 

Requirements:


  • Excellent in Win2000/Win2003

  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems or equivalent experience

  • At least 4 years practical experience in Windows200x administration

  • Exceptional communications skills (to HP end customer), both verbal and written

  • Experience in leading and coaching working groups and team meetings in a multi-cultural environment

  • Practical experience in Project Management

  • Analytical problem-solving and root cause analysis skills

  • Team player

  • Service oriented behavior and communication to internal and external contacts

  • Fluent in English
