Our corporate client provides high quality infrastructure management services delivered from a single location to its Customers at the highest value. It covers the entire EMEA region 24 hours and 7 days a week serving its various International customers throughout Europe, for different market segments like Industry, Banking, and Logistics. Our client seeks CCP Systems Administrator to be a part of multinational group in Brno, Czech Republic.

Responsibilities:

  • Day to day support, CCP, web servers, mq servers and biz talk servers in a 5 days 9 hours service environment.

  • Perform stage and prod deployments on ccp, dwh and biz talk servers (work with change management tool).

  • Day to day support in 2nd and 3rd level trouble tickets via eESM.

  • Troubleshooting, user management, error handling, software updates, software installations, documentation and reporting.


Job Qualifications:

Requirements:

  • Support, troubleshooting and problem handling regarding SQL Environment

  • IIS Web Server & .NET Framework

  • MQ Server

  • Biz Talk Server

  • Knowledge in Backup-Software TSM and TDP.

  • Operation System knowledge for Windows 2003, and Windows 2008

  • Network knowledge – TCP/IP, WINS, DNS, DHCP

  • Problem Determination & analysis skills – high level

  • Documentation Skills – high level, English

  • Communication Skills – Good, English speaking

  • Backup Solutions

  • xSeries Hardware

  • SMTP Skill

  • Performance-/System-/Application Monitoring & analysis & resolution
